OPENING A NEW WORLD – WE OPEN OURSELVES!

They say that a team is created from things that cannot always be seen or assessed in terms of numbers. The real team is not only people who know and love their roles, but it is also courage, willpower, time, strategy, cohesion, harmony, ability and desire to be an effective leader, as well as to be functional performers. The result of teamwork is success and freedom. Therefore, today in business so much depends on the team. Perhaps even more so than from market conditions, the market, the crisis, the alignment of forces in the market segments. Our consultants conducted team-building training for Credit Agricole Bank employees – a company that knows the price of effective teamwork.
It was not by chance that the travel route was laid through the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The organizers specifically chose the countries in which the OTP group is represented. The journey began, as expected, with a warm-up. The warm-up was not easy, but with a view. During the warm-up, the participants could feel the unified energy of one large team.
And then the travellers were combined into 9 teams and given fascinating, exciting and very creative tasks. But before the teams set off the captain turned to them (OTP Bank Chairman of the Board Tamash Hak-Kovacs) and wished everyone a fair wind, creative energy and good luck in fulfilling their tasks.
So, in an hour and a half, the participants of the journey built and breathed life into 9 different OTP-states, creating their culture and way of life, traditions and customs. As in daily work, to cope successfully with the tasks, the participants had to show their communication skills, ability to cooperate, take initiative, make decisions, plan, set goals and go even out of the most difficult situation, having limited resources. Of course, a wave of creativity covered all without exception. Certainly, states are symbols of different departments of OTP Bank, whose work should be coordinated and organized.
After lunch, all participants in the journey continued to unravel the alchemy of business success and figure out what the teams still need for effective interaction. Each time performing a new exercise, the participants of the journey were convinced that even the most difficult at first glance task was easily accomplished if the whole team worked together with maximum efficiency.
All participants of the trip coped with the tasks, and in the end shared their impressions, talked about what was difficult and how they managed to overcome these difficulties, what helped them to withstand and how new skills would help them in their daily work.
The evening celebration was filled with magic dozens of air lanterns, in which participants lit a fire and released into the evening sky, as a symbol of command energy. Thanks to all participants for a driving day!
