Completed the final, 4th module of the “New Reality of Police Leadership” program.
The training covered such key aspects as the complex “mindset” of an effective leader, the development of a motivational environment and the topical topic of emotional intelligence today, as well as to expand the thinking horizons of managers, to determine their strengths and limitations in conditions of uncertainty and change.
The training took place in a warm and energetic atmosphere, with many insights from the participants and a specific plan for the development of the Academy team.
