A multi-module training program for “ZEPPELIN” employees of the sales department of the company was carried out:
• Consulting sales
• Pitching presentation
• Master of negotiations
• Complex negotiations
In addition to the knowledge, skills, algorithms and technologies, the feature of the program was the real cases study, including difficult work situations. The participants noted the high practicality of the training and the applicability of the knowledge and skills acquired in their daily work.
