With the support of the ICITAP International Professional Development Program for Criminal Investigations, experts from BRIK consulting conducted a three-day training on the topic “Master of Management”. This event was held for the leaders of the Police Academy to strengthen the management and leadership potential by comprehending the technologies of effective management of subordinates. Thanks to scripts and work cases, they have trained skills that are necessary to manage their team.
