How to be a modern leader and build a well-functioning team? How to identify employees competence and motivation? What is the right way to provide feedback and develop an employee, as well as achieve the set goals? All thee stated above issues were studied within 4 days by the management staff of the State Institution «Krivoy Rog Academy of Patrol Police». Training «Management. Team Management ” was organized by the International Criminal Investigation Training Program (ICITAP). The training was at a breakneck pace. Plenty of positive emotions, very important knowledge and skills were received by the Academy staff during the accomplishment of interesting tasks and cases, on the basis of which the participants were able to make conclusions from the management of the team and create an action plan for the development of their professional activity. At the end of the training, each participant received his certificate.
