A three-day training was held for the heads of structural divisions of the State Institution “Academy of Patrol Police”, with the support of the regional program office of ICITAP. Multimodal program “Management. Team Management ”provides for an increase in the level of development of managerial qualities of structural units, the formation of a working model for planning and implementing projects of the Academy. Participation in the training of our employees is aimed at increasing the efficiency of their activities, in the future it will bear fruitful results, namely, high-quality training of police officers.
