The training “Effective communication by phone” was conducted for the contact center of the Security Police. As part of the training program, a system of knowledge and skills was formed that allows to find an individual approach and provide quality advice even to the most demanding client.
The training part was supplemented by individual coaching sessions to consolidate the individual success of the participants with practice in real conversations with clients.
