Effective business communication

A series of trainings was held for Customer Care employees of Porsche Ukraine. As part of the training, the participants of the training developed the ability to properly communicate with dissatisfied Clients in the store, in correspondence and by phone. Porsche employees mastered the technology of effective objection handling, worked out the ability to work with the emotional tension of their own and the interlocutor, in addition, they worked out the algorithm and techniques for resisting forceful pressure and manipulation, and transferring the conversation into a constructive direction. During the trainings, the actions of the participants in typical situations of interaction with dissatisfied Clients were simulated based on real cases of the Company.
