In the framework of the training “Communication and Conflicts”, Porshe Group Ukraine employees examined effective communication skills that allow to establish and protect interconnection, support and working relationships, mutually beneficial and, therefore, long-lasting relationship. They developed their ability to find an approach to people and convey their thoughts clearly and quickly.
At the same time, they got acquainted with some conflict resolution methods, as well as a general algorithm for influencing a conflict situation and recommendations regarding behavior in conflict conditions.
