AS WE ON THE INTELLIGENCE SHOW, THE COCTAIL OF ENGAGEMENT MIXED

A new program of the intellect-show “Black and White” called “Cocktail of engagement” was completed. Today the issue of employee involvement concerns the majority of HR professionals and business owners. Why is not enough the adjusted system of motivation and compensation? How to measure engagement? Is it even possible to transform the intangible happiness of employees in the material profits of the company? And is it really important that the employees of Ukrainian companies are involved in their work, love their work and are happy? We discussed these and many other issues in the framework of the Black and White Intellect show “Cocktail of Involvement”.
This time our intelligence show was held in the format of a global business cafe. Each participant became an author of the recipe for a cocktail of his own involvement, the involvement of his team and the company as a whole. And the bartender decorated the show with a real spectacle and treated everyone with a homemade cocktail.
Natalia Lukash, Head of HR Department at OTP Bank, became an invited intelligence expert. She spoke about how the company measured employee involvement, how it analyzed the risks, and what measures were taken to minimize possible risks.
