ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT 2 MODULE

The training for the company’s management team left warm memories of the participants’ productive work. It was very pleasant to observe the warmth with which the training participants talk about their work; how devoted they are to their work, helping people become better, and the surrounding space – more comfortable.
During training, there were many sincere discussions and frank conversations. Participants came to a new understanding of their role as leaders.
They overestimated the effectiveness and significance of their actions. The arrangement of priorities, in turn, opened up new professional opportunities for them.
It was especially nice to see how not just a team of employees works, but a real cohesive team of like-minded people. It inspired and pleased both participants and consultants.
Also, during the event, participants assessed their strengths and developed an action plan to strengthen their management skills. They created a program of non-material employee motivation; an assessment of each employee was made and team productivity was calculated.
During the training process, we determined what drives the employees and each of the participants directly. This information gave us the opportunity to create a system of intangible motivation that can be successfully used in business.
The discussion on what helps and what hinders us to be effective at work was especially interesting. And, of course, one of the achievements of the work was the understanding that any work that you love and to which you devote yourself completely will necessarily be effective and joyful. After all, in many ways, the attitude towards what you do determines the results you get.
