QUEST IN THE “UKRAINIAN VILLAGE”

I-free employees travelled through time, plunged into the culture of the Ukrainian people, and felt the power of teamwork thanks to the quest that our company organized and conducted in the ethnographic complex “Ukrainian Village”. The event was a real quest, a trip to the Ukrainian village, before technologies, globalization, mechanization and television penetrated it. The romance of Ukrainian life, natural beauty, hospitality and the hospitality of the owners – all the forgotten joys enjoyed the quest participants.
In “Ukrainian Village”, I-free employees were able to strengthen their communication skills, able to overcome the framework of stereotypical standard thinking, felt their importance in the context of the overall goals of the team, and revealed their potential. Everyone was able to create a small work of art on a potter’s wheel with warm clay with his own hands; to weave out the straw with a “straw bull” or “Lyalka”, were able to feel like the owner of a dozen pigs and cows. The teams of participants successfully coped with all the tasks, supported each other and understood what the team was worth. And of course, not without the abundant Ukrainian feast. Having worked well it is necessary to eat well.
During the quest participants discovered new opportunities for themselves, awakened “sleeping” talents, was able to look at themselves from the outside and find new opportunities for development. We hope that all participants remember this wonderful day in the “Ukrainian village”.
