TEAM – BUILDING PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEES OF PROMINVESTBANK

BRIK consulting conducted a large-scale team-building project of five events called “Laws of the tribe, or in a single rhythm” for a large and friendly team of employees of Prominvestbank. A cohesive team, a fighting team spirit, shared values of corporate culture – all this is an important part and one of the main factors that determine the success of any organization. Not surprisingly, companies that want to succeed in the long-term, pay a lot of attention to activities aimed at working with the team, forming a positive attitude to cooperate in a team, understanding the common goal, values and objectives.
Team building took place in the form of a game in the fresh air in a wonderful suburban complex. The work of the hosts, games and exercises, discussion and analysis of the work – all this helped to make the event both fun and useful. A series of activities were united by the common name “The laws of the tribe, or in a single rhythm.” So, in the same rhythm, the hearts of the participants beat thanks to the friendly work, coordinated fulfilment of tasks, team spirit.
The training was conducted by a real shaman of «ProMinBа», who created a mood and gave out tasks. The participants seemed to be transported in time and felt all the peculiarities of the life of Indian tribes – they had to withstand the challenges they had to endure to find and collect parts of the Totem of Values stolen by the evil spirits. In the course of the training, the tasks and exercises were aimed at ensuring that the participants could “live” the values of the bank: teamwork, effectiveness, creativity, responsibility and loyalty. Serious work has been done to improve communications, teamwork, argumentation and persuasion skills, and conflict resolution. As the exercises passed, the connection between the participants became stronger, the actions became more accurate, and everyone realized that they were an integral part of the team.
The training led to a rapid surge of positive emotions. The tribal guides created a warm atmosphere and at the same time charged with the energy and activity of the participants. The drum workshop was a highlight for everyone, during which everyone was able to pick up the drum sticks and learn how to beat out the drumming. The participants of the master class together created a bright rhythmic pattern, felt the beating of the “heart” of their team – the fiery rhythm of life. WOW-effect has been achieved! Everything – both the participants and the organizers of the event surrendered to the cause by 1000%, leaving no room for indecision or sadness. Only creative energy and only positive emotions reigned on the site and warmed everyone even in the most inclement weather.
