Real team can cope with any, even the most difficult and unusual tasks. For example, with shooting a video for a song. The team of the corporation “Yuria-Pfarm”, which is engaged in the trademark Hyalual, coped with this task brilliantly.
The task was not easy for the team. Under the conditions of limited time the participants of the event needed to write the lyrics to the song, create a script for the video, become true singers, dancers and actors themselves, record the song and make a video clip on it. Nevertheless, professionals represented by the director, cameraman, choreographer and sound engineer helped the participants during the filming. In fact, the team turned out to be extremely creative and talented that the directing team only directed and coordinated their work.
The result exceeded all of the expectations of the participants. The guys had to performed a difficult creative task in the conditions of constant changes and a hard time limit. We can say with confidence that the song, its performance, and the video turned out worthy!
During the second day, BRIK consulting coach-consultant Raisa Kulik conducted a training on change management. The training was based on the experience of the interaction of participants during the shooting of the clip in the context of constant changes, uncertainty, turbulence and a hard time limit. Today, the topic of change is especially important for business, when the coherence of interaction, the effectiveness of each team member and working for the overall result become vital conditions for the success of the entire company. During the training, participants actively discussed the features of effective work during the period of change, determined the principles of their own work, shared opinions and findings. The day ended with the long-awaited premiere of the video.
