WATER QUEST “IN SEARCH OF THE FIFTH ELEMENT”

Summer 2016 was memorable by our teambuilding. The team of directors of regional trade missions of the Yuria-Pharm company had one of the brightest and most enchanting training: The Water Quest “In Search of the Fifth Element”, during which the company’s team conquered the four elements and created the fifth.
In order to fulfill the main task and find the fifth element the participants had to accomplish and conquer all four elements (earth, air, fire and water).
During the whole day, the team solved puzzles, searched for clues, deciphered mysterious messages, collected puzzles on land and on water with the main goal: to open the fifth element – that unique harmonious force that will help the team reach new levels of development and achieve its goals. Successfully coped with all difficult tasks, the participants of the training found their fifth element – the strength and energy of their own team, thanks to which they coped with the tasks together. And at the end of the day the team returned in a dragon boat from its journey, to the sounds of the drums, which set the rhythm of success, all this symbolized victorious strength and wisdom. In the end of the day the team became stronger and more cohesive.
