It is pleasant when the company systematically approaches the development and training of its talents.
And the development of managers is focused on how to be a mentor, a trainer and a coach for their employees. Including a clear business interaction of external services, marketing and KAM-service managers.
During two months, managers have been plunged into the atmosphere of training and development of their teams. We studied and worked out in practice technologies and algorithms that give the maximum practical results both in skills and in sales figures. And when the keywords in the feedback of the participants are “systemically” and “mega-practical” there is a pleasant feeling, the project was a success!
