As part of the development of Metinvest Digital employees, a training was held for TOP managers “Leadership in the Action Program”
During the training, participants were able to:
-Increase their effectiveness of interaction and motivation with the management team
-Form a common understanding of the importance and content of the role of a leader
-Develop a resonant leadership style in leaders, their ability to inspire people to achieve goals and the desire to value behavior for the company
-Apply a coaching approach to managing and developing employees
