Within the framework of the development program for employees of the company “Syngenta”, the training “Team in action” was held. Interactive interaction with the group, situational and business games and exercises, after which discussion and analysis were carried out, allowed the participants to create a cohesive atmosphere and emotional rapprochement of the team members
During the training, the participants were able to:
- Form positive attitudes towards teamwork
- Form a common understanding of the team’s common goals, objectives and values
- Increase work efficiency by developing cooperation skills, interaction, and building effective communication
- To activate the personal potential of team members
- Create and strengthen a favorable psychological climate in the team
- Increase effective interaction with other departments
