EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT training for DEFENDA executives
As part of a multi-module training program, DEFENDA hosted a training “Effective Management” for regional leaders.
The training was designed to form key competencies in people management, such as planning and setting tasks, organizing activities, motivating and monitoring the work of subordinates, and delegating authority. In addition, considerable attention is paid to the process of making managerial decisions, issues of interaction between the manager and subordinates when setting tasks, providing feedback, conducting motivational conversations, operational meetings, working with resistance from staff and resolving conflict situations.
