A strategic session for the company “AGROCHEM TECHNOLOGIES” was conducted. The team determined the vision and direction of the company’s development for the upcoming three years. On top of that, developed a plan for strategy implementation to achieve the 2021 goals.
The objectives of the session were:
creating a company development plan,
mastering the tools of strategic analysis and management,
development of programs of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving the targets
the unified vision, understanding of the static goals of the company by the employees
