For the UkrTatNafta team, was held a business event “Code of Synergy”. Business simulation is a great opportunity to demonstrate in a fun way the effect of synergy in action. The business simulation was created for the company which made it possible to take into account all the nuances, and as a result, we received the feedback from the participants that the game was really interesting and useful. Also, the team had a creative task, where the participants worked in 4 teams and received an individual piece of the picture, which they had to redraw on the canvas. In the end, these 4 canvases were joined in 1 full-fledged picture.
